Last updated: October 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Vera Financial Markets Ltd. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual or entity ("Client," "you," or "your") who opens a trading account or uses the services provided by the Company. By registering for an account, accessing our trading platform, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by the terms outlined in this Agreement.

2. Eligibility

To open an account with Vera Financial Markets, you must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). You must provide accurate and complete personal information during registration and agree to update such information promptly if it changes. The Company reserves the right to refuse account applications at its sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.

3. Services

Vera Financial Markets provides online trading services for contracts for difference (CFDs) on various underlying assets including, but not limited to, foreign exchange pairs, stock indices, precious metals, energy commodities, and cryptocurrencies. All trading is conducted through the MetaTrader 5 (MT5) platform. The Company does not provide investment advice, portfolio management, or asset management services.

4. Account Types and Trading Conditions

The Company offers multiple account types, each with specific trading conditions including but not limited to minimum deposit requirements, available leverage, spreads, commissions, and minimum trade sizes. The Company reserves the right to modify trading conditions, including spreads, leverage, and commissions, at any time. Material changes will be communicated to clients in advance where reasonably practicable.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

Clients may deposit and withdraw funds using the payment methods made available by the Company. The Company reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 1-3 business days, subject to completion of verification requirements. All deposits must originate from accounts or payment methods in the client's name.

6. Client Verification (KYC/AML)

In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and know-your-customer (KYC) requirements, the Company requires all clients to verify their identity and address before full account activation. This may include providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation. The Company reserves the right to restrict account functionality until satisfactory verification has been completed.

7. Risk Acknowledgment

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you acknowledge that you have read and understood our Risk Disclosure Statement and accept the risks inherent in trading leveraged financial products. You understand that losses can exceed your initial deposit and that past performance is not indicative of future results.

8. Prohibited Activities

Clients are prohibited from using our services for any illegal purpose, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or market manipulation. The use of any trading strategy designed to exploit system vulnerabilities, latency arbitrage, or other forms of abusive trading is strictly prohibited. The Company reserves the right to close accounts and void trades associated with prohibited activities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vera Financial Markets website and trading platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and trademarks, is the property of the Company or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Clients may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without prior written consent from the Company.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vera Financial Markets shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to trading losses, system failures, unauthorized access to your account, or errors in pricing or execution. The Company's total liability shall not exceed the amount of funds held in your trading account at the time of the relevant claim.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Saint Lucia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Saint Lucia, unless the parties agree otherwise. Each party shall bear its own costs in any arbitration proceedings.

12. Amendments

The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be published on our website. Risk Warning: Trading foreign exchange and contracts for difference (CFDs) on margin carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to trade, you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. There is a possibility that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment. You should seek independent financial advice if necessary.
